So…What Happens If You Need To Cancel or Running Late?
We refuse to have a one-sided cancellation policy that only dings you if something unexpected happens from your side of things. Instead, we have a simple agreement that we make with all of our patients.
If your appointment starts more than 15 minutes late, you’ll get 25% off your fee or we will extend the session time to ensure that you get all the time you planned for. The choice will be yours!
(Unless it starts late because you were late)
If you no-show or cancel without 24-hour notice, you’ll pay $50. If you arrive over 15-minutes after the start time of your appointment, you need to plan on rescheduling. We will try to work you into our next opening but this isn’t always easy if we are booked solid. Late cancel fee will apply if we can’t make it work to reschedule in the same week.
(We promise to be graceful your first time)
If your clinician cancels without 24-hour notice you will receive a $50 credit applied to a future late cancel/no show fee (weather-related closures/delays not included)
